Participation Guidelines for Quality Firestone and Pacifica Music Booster Fund Raiser

-Band, drumline, auxiliary,
orchestra and jazz band members and their immediate and extended families will
be eligible to participate.
-All participants will require
a signed card with the student’s identification number and graduation date,
which will
cause Quality Firestone to record, report and fund the program based
on activity against a student’s I.D. number.
-Participants of the
promotional program with Quality Firestone are eligible during the period a
student participates
in organized band activities and is a student at Pacifica
High School.
-Eligible transactions will
include maintenance and repairs made by Quality Firestone located at
12042-G Knott
Ave,
Garden
Grove, on eligible
participant’s motor vehicles. Work that Quality Firestone refers to other
repair facilities
will not be eligible for discount and Quality Firestone is not
obligated to track or report on these transactions.
-Quality Firestone will charge
at their normal rates for parts and labor. The promotional fund amount will be
10% (ten percent) of total ticket, which
includes repair work*,
on parts and labor, with the following exclusions:
tires,
batteries, dealer/OEM supplied parts, and products on sale. However, 10% will
be earned on labor associated
with the excluded parts and products.
-Participants must identify
themselves by presenting the participation card each and every time service is
performed on
eligible vehicles, prior to work beginning.
-Request participation cards
by emailing Joe Bonicci at oldsalt101@yahoo.com. Include students name, number of
cards needed and
graduation date. Options for pick up of cards can be by mail (stamped,
addressed envelope requested;
pick up at school through Mr. Miller; pick up at
the Bonicci residence with prior arrangements.)
*Workmanship and guarantees
are solely the responsibilities of Quality Firestone.
