eScrip - Register any or all of your existing grocery loyalty, debit and credit cards for use in this program. To sign-up,

Pacifica Band & Auxiliary Corps Boosters.  Follow the prompts; they will guide you through the process. 
(Have your Vons loyalty card ready, or phone number plus any credit cards that you would like to enroll, including debit cards.) 
When you have enrolled, the word "e-scrip" will be seen at the bottom portion of your Vons receipt. Renewals must occur before
the end of October.  Shop at participating merchants and they will donate a percentage of your
card purchases to your
student’s acct.  You can view your student’s eScrip account at

Ralph’s – Sign up your Ralph’s loyalty Card and Ralph’s will contribute a percentage of your purchases to your student’s account.
Turn in completed form to Karen at Booster meetings or have your student deposit it into Goldie.  Chairman: Karen Bonnici 897-6910

Traditional Scrip (paper scrip) - When you purchase traditional scrip, you are purchasing gift certificates or debit cards
from a list of participating merchants that are available with this fundraiser.  Merchants will reimburse your student a flat rate
or a percentage of the total amount of scrip purchased per merchant.  Paper scrip forms are available in the band room and will also
be on our website.  Turn around time from turning in a paper scrip form to when certificates/debit cards arrive is approximately
1-2 weeks. This fundraiser is great for the Holiday season and birthdays.  Chairman: Karen Bonnici 897-6910

Recycling printer cartridge/cellular phones - Turn empty inkjet and empty laser print cartridges into money.  All empty inkjet
cartridges must be in a sealable baggie for shipment but this is not required for laser cartridges.  Place cartridges and recycling form
in a paper bag or box when turning over to Mrs. Danford.  Forms are available in the band room and on website.  Drop off sites are
at the monthly Booster meetings or Mrs. Danford’s home when pre-arranged.  Kash for Kids reimburses $1.00 to $4.00 per inkjet
cartridge and up to $12.00 for laser printer cartridges.  Not all cartridges are acceptedExclusions and restrictions do apply and

Quality Firestone - Maintain your student’s account while you maintain your vehicle.  Ten percent of total bill is reimbursed by
Quality Firestone to Pacifica’s Music Boosters with five percent of the total bill applied to your student’s account and five percent
applied towards the Boosters General Fund.  Exceptions do apply.  Chairman: Mike Danford 895-6543

Restaurant Nights Pacifica Music Department will be offering these dining nights the 3rd Wednesday of every month; except
the August date. Participating restaurants require that Parents, friends and/or family members present the restaurant’s flyer to the
cashier/server prior to payment and they will donate 10% up to 25% of the proceeds generated from the redeemed flyers to Pacifica
Music Boosters General Fund.  Flyers will be available in the Band room, on the website and will be sent home with students when

Von’s Bake Sales -
Parents, break out those pans and heat up your oven.  Bring your donation to Von's during the hours of the
Bake sale.  We are asking for a wide variety of treats and goodies, suggestions are: brownies, bundt cake slices, cake slices, tarts,
fruit bars, drop cookies, cupcakes, pies, let your imagination go.  Baked goods can be dropped off at Von's throughout the sale hours.

Seasonal Fundraisers

Fireworks - The highest money producing fundraiser.  Students sell advanced payment coupons for our firework booth between
June 8 & June 30.  Students receive into their donation accounts 50% of their total pre-sales! 
The Boosters plan to help further
defray the costs for each individual student by
providing credits to your student account for hours that worked in the stand in your
student’s. The actual amount will be dependent on how well we do with sales this

Magazine Sales - Sell magazines subscriptions and have a percentage of your sales donated to your student's account.

Portrait Night - Laurie Giery's Family Portrait Fun! is the professional photography company hosting our event.  Last year was the
first year for this fundraiser and the portraits were beautiful from every family that sat for them!  The sitting fee is $30.00
; $15.00
from this fee will be applied to the Booster's General fund as will a percentage of each package purchased by families.  Families will
receive one free 10 x 13 portrait of their choosing. Visit Laurie Giery's Family Portrait Fun! website, and you will be able to register,
sign-up for your desired sitting time and pay your sitting fee. 
Date is scheduled for September 28, 2006 at PHS cafeteria

Fall mail-a-thon
Your student will mail pre-written letters out to family and friends describing the music program and asking
for financial support for the Fall season. This also enables all of your family and friends that do not reside locally to support your
student.  Donations are 100% into your student's donation account. 
This is an August fundraiser.  Chairman: Loueen Pritchett

Cow chip Bingo - Break out your bib overalls and cowboy boots as you watch and wait for cows to drop patty chips onto the
playing field.  Participants purchase single or multiple grid squares and hope that a patty will end up in it. Pre-sale tickets are sold
for $5.00; students will receive $1.00 donated to their student’s account for every ticket they sell.  Winners receive: 1st chip $100.00,
2nd chip $200.00 & the 3rd chip $300.00.   Winners presence is not required to win.

Entertainment books
- Book offers up to 50% off at restaurants, grocery stores, sporting events, hotels, car rentals and more. 
This book would be great for the family on the go.  Fundraiser typically held Oct. through November.  Percentage of money into
the student’s account depends on which county/area Entertainment book the student sells.
This is a September Fundraiser.

See’s Candies - See’s delicious Candies are always a successful fundraiser.  Percentage of money into the student’s account
depends on price of candy student sells. This is a
November fundraiser with delivery in December.

PoinsettiasPoinsettias are set in 6" pots with decorative covers.  These plants have five or more blooms per plant and they
will average 15" - 19" tall and 15" wide.
Poinsettias will make a great holiday gift and are perfect for the office or home. 
Your student will receive a set donation amount into their account from each poinsettia sale. This is a
November fundraiser with

Christmas Wrap - A new fundraiser in the works is Gift wrapping.  It will be held outside a participating store. Students and
volunteer parents wrap Christmas and birthday gifts for a donation.  The volunteers need large quantities of donated Holiday
and Birthday wrap, tape, ribbon and bows. Purchase an extra roll or two when purchasing your own for donations. Fundraiser
runs November 24 through December 22.  Chairman: Kathi Ferguson 714/ 898-5889


Concert Bake Sales

Silent Auction - Themed baskets full of goodies & individual local business certificates are sold to the highest bidder at our
Holiday Concert.  Students will be donating items to their section’s themed basket and will be working on this fundraiser starting
in August and finishing in November.  All proceeds go to General Fund.  Chairman: Stacy Asparturian

Concerts tickets - All pre-sale tickets for concerts go directly into your student’s account.

Awesome Toffee - Imagine toffee surrounded by chocolate and nuts.  It is delectable.  The toffee is offered in a spring themed
box perfect for the Holidays.  Students receive $3.00 into their accounts per pre-sale box sold.

Strawberry Cleaning – A minimum of 40 volunteers remove the strawberry greens and slice their way through 200 flats to
raise $900.00 in 3 hours. 
 Friendly table competition makes the time go by quickly and it is enjoyable sitting and chatting with
